Funding Options
We offer a range of flexible funding paths to ensure our paediatric occupational therapy services remain accessible for your family's unique needs.
NDIS Plan-Managed
We work directly with your plan manager to facilitate smooth invoicing and reporting for your child's therapy goals.
NDIS Self-Managed
For families who manage their own NDIS funding, we provide detailed receipts for simple reimbursement claims.
Private Paying Clients
We accept private payments and can provide invoices for possible private health insurance rebates.
Please Note
Willow Tree Occupational Therapy is not currently a registered NDIS provider and therefore cannot provide services to NDIA-managed participants.
NDIS Plan-Managed
Willow Tree Occupational Therapy welcomes clients whose NDIS funding is managed by a third-party plan manager. We work collaboratively with your plan manager to ensure all invoicing and administrative requirements are met seamlessly, allowing you to focus on your child's therapy journey. Please ensure your plan has funding allocated under 'Improved Daily Living' to access our services.
Important Note: Willow Tree Occupational Therapy is not currently a registered NDIS provider and therefore cannot provide services to NDIA-managed participants. We are, however, able to support NDIS plan-managed, self-managed, and private paying clients.
NDIS Self-Managed
Self-managed funding provides the greatest level of autonomy and flexibility for your child's therapy needs. This option allows you to select providers that best align with your family's goals, managing your own budget and payments directly. Willow Tree Occupational Therapy welcomes self-managed participants, ensuring our gentle, school-integrated support is accessible to those who take this independent path.
Private Paying Clients
Willow Tree Occupational Therapy welcomes private paying clients. Many private health funds provide rebates for occupational therapy services, and we recommend checking with your specific provider regarding your level of cover and annual limits.
Invoices are issued directly following each therapy session. While we do not offer on-the-spot HICAPS claims, you can easily submit your paid invoice to your health fund for direct reimbursement.
